Return and Exchange Policy

  1. We advise that you review your orders very carefully. Contact our chat support on Facebook or email us at fleekphilippines@gmail.com for any questions prior to ordering. We advised taking videos of your received order for the first time to check the items are working.

  2. Only defective products purchased from the Fleek online shops can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the Product’s delivery date to the customer. For Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok, they comes with their return policy so we advised checking it before placing the order.

  3. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us immediately via email or Facebook messenger with attached videos/photos of the defective items.

  1. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the purchased Product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your Product. We reserve the right to test your allegedly defective Product/s.
  1. If the Product is deemed by our Technical Support NOT to be defective, our standard product warranty will apply. Shipping fees shall be shouldered by the customer.
  1. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Fleek’s standard product warranty guidelines will apply. FLEEK may impose corresponding fees.
